App Guide

Everything you need to get the most out of studying Scripture here.

Study a passage

  1. 1From the Study tab, type any scripture reference — like “John 3:16” or “Psalm 23” — and pick a translation.
  2. 2Tap Study to receive a full Christ-centered breakdown: the passage text, its historical context, verse-by-verse exegesis, cross-references, and application.
  3. 3Every study includes a “Jesus I See” section showing how the passage points to Christ.

Ask a question

  1. 1On the Study tab, switch to Ask anything.
  2. 2Type any Bible or theology question — or tap one of the suggested prompts.
  3. 3You'll get a structured answer with scripture references, historical context, and pastoral application.

Read the Bible

  1. 1Open the Read tab to read any chapter in the full Bible.
  2. 2Choose a book, enter a chapter, and pick from many translations.
  3. 3Tap “Study this chapter” to turn what you're reading into a complete study.

Follow a reading plan

  1. 1Go to the Plans tab and choose from themed reading tracks — or generate a custom plan just for you.
  2. 2Open a plan and mark each day complete as you go; your progress is saved automatically.
  3. 3Check the Progress tab to see your streak, completed days, and how much of the Bible you've covered.

Study with a group

  1. 1On the Groups tab, create a group and share the invite link or code with friends.
  2. 2Anyone who opens the invite link joins the group directly — even if they need to sign in or create an account first.
  3. 3Leaders can set a shared reading plan so everyone studies the same passages together.
  4. 4Share any study or reflection with the group, and see what others are learning.

Your history & notes

  1. 1Every study and question is saved to your History tab so you can revisit it anytime.
  2. 2While studying, open the notes panel to record personal reflections — they save automatically with the study.

Keep your streak

  1. 1Study or read each day to build your streak.
  2. 2Turn on daily email reminders in Settings so a verse lands in your inbox each morning to keep you going.
